What we welcome

What we will remove

We may remove content that:

  • breaks the law (including defamation, hate speech, or copyright infringement)

  • contains threats, harassment, abusive or discriminatory language

  • includes obscene, offensive or explicit material

  • is spam, advertising, promotional or repetitive

  • is significantly off-topic or disruptive

  • attempts to impersonate others or mislead

We reserve the right to moderate, edit or remove content at our discretion where it does not meet these standards.

How moderation works

Content may be moderated before or after publication by authorised MOJ staff. We aim to apply this policy fairly and consistently while supporting freedom of expression.
